Workout Wednesday: Short And Sweet!

Happy Workout Wednesday! This week is all about going fast! This workout is short and sweet at 2000 yards/meters which makes it perfect to bang out before work or during lunch! Really let yourself unload during the main set. Everything is short with plenty of rest, so don’t hold back. Go for it every time and see how fast you can be. Warm Up

1 x 200 @ :10 rest easy swim with front snorkel

4 x 75 @ :05 rest alternating 25 drill/ 25 build/ 25 head up swimming

6 x 50 @ :10 rest descend 1-4. 5 and 6 are both fast but in control of your technique.

Main Set

 8x:  Take :15 rest between rounds

      1 x 50 @ :10 rest build

      3 x 25 @ :15 All are max effort sprint!

Cool Down

1 x 200 easy swimming focusing on technique and feeling good.
